Hey don't know if somebody else find that piece of soft
usefull but here you can multi sign sis files
SIS Files can be imported to the program with drag & drop

GenialSiS requires .NET Framework 3.5

Program comes with the following languages:

German,English,Italiano,Portugese and Romania

Download GenialSiS v0.7 (27/12/2007)
You can set GenialSiS language from “Info” tab.
