Smart Setting / Restart Phone

i am an arequirement of one software named"SMART SETTING" which is available in symbian 2nd edition phone.
it has a function to restart the phone. which is my basic requirement.
i can not find anywhere it for 3rd edition phone.
if somebody have smart setting or any other software which has restart fuction, please share it whith me.

i need this for OS 9.1 m8.
symbian 3rd edition.....

TY Assistant is a software that can restart your phone.
this program is unsigned and you must signing it.

Smart Settings for 3rd edition phones will be available at the end of summer 2007!
