This is a guide for new members who do not know how to:
1. Put an image in a post
2. upload file and share here.
3. How to attach your files on the forum.

Please take a look and understand it.

1.How to put an image in a post

First of all go to free image hosting sites like [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...]
There are also many sites for free image hosting. You are not forced to use the 3 above.
Then, upload your images there.
You will be given a link
which should look something like this:

HTML Code:

http://usera.imagecave.com/username/album/photo_example.jpg

Put it in the post to display it like this:

HTML Code:

[img]url of image[/img]

An example is

HTML Code:

[img]http://usera.imagecave.com/FROST/2.gif[/img]

It would become like this

And you'll will then see your Image appear!

First of all:
Press the "manage attachments button as seen below on the pic

2nd:
A new window would then pop-up. Browse for your file and upload it

3rd:
Once your file is uploaded you should see something like this:

4th:
That's it! you may close the attachment window.. to Confirm, please verify if your file are listed as shown in the pic.

For files that exceeds the limit of size, consider using the below tutorial

2. How to upload files and share with us

First of all go to free file hosting sites like [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...].
For a list of free uploading sites, please click [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...]
Then, upload your files there.
You will be given a link
which should look something like this:

www.rapidshare.de/12223004/examples_hope_you_understand.txt.html or www.megaupload.com/?file=example

Put it in the post to display it like this:

HTML Code:

[url]url of file[/url]

That's it! You will be able to share the file(s) with us!

3. Displaying Masked Links (Hiding the link behind a picture or text)

Now This is something optional and is hard to understand at first. These make the post a little nicer and cleaner but is optional.

After having uploaded the files, you will be provided a link.

Instead of putting it like these:

HTML Code:

www.rapidshare.de/12223004/examples_hope_you_understand.txt.html or www.megaupload.com/?file=example

You Would put it like this

HTML Code:

[url=url of file]Download[/url]

Which would become something like this:
[Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...]

Also You might want to mask (hide) the link with an image, so put it like this:

HTML Code:

[url=url of file][img]url of image[/img][/url]

An example would be:

HTML Code:

[url=http://www.symbianforum.be/mobiles][img]http://www.mobilecastle.biz/mobiles/images/icons/icon10.gif[/img][/url]

It should become something like this:

[Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...]
