Bitrate 320 kbps
audio: 16000hz
Bitrate 16kbps

It's a little bit more work, but for me you can try to rip anc encode some chuncks with different settings and then watching them to decide what the best settings are for the movie, ie: for an action movie I will go with higher bitrate, while for a slow, romantic movie, a lower bitrate can work just fine, try and see.

wow how canuse it if the Bitrate is 320 kbps ?
if i use more then 190 on my 6630 the sound gets ahead of the movie :S
