Help required for HP iPAQ 500 series phone

Hi all

Would someone be able to tell me if there is anyone software out there that allows you to hook up the iPAQ to the PC which allows you to type & send text messages via pc?
I used to have a Nokia n73 & you used to be able to do that via the Nokia PC suite.
Is there anything similar to that??
