I`ve NOKIA E61 one Guy Asked to Change me E61 To his BENQ P50 ! What do you think about that it is good for me or not, plz tell me!!!

Now I have one Question : I it is possible to install Windows Mobile 6.0 at this divice (BENQ P50) ?
