Media Player Cannot Update My Memory Card

Hi ppl would like to check I'm using Dopod 838 pro and facing 1 problem with my media player. I tried to update my library but after searching for files, it just add files from my main storage but never add files from my memory card. Anybody can answer why is this happening? Thanks
