Default 6288 vs. N70


Hi guys,

Im debating on what phone i'll be purchasing..and i really need your help on this one...can you guys tell me which one is better.. the N70 or the Nokia 6288? I know these are pretty old models but these are the only phones that i could afford with my budget. So which one is better? In terms of reliability and especially gaming because i really love playing games on my phone etc.

And would developers eventually support a lot of games and applications on the Symbian 9.1 platform? (on the 6288)

Nowadays OS9.1 is the trend..But if you ask me..i still prefer N70.

N70 all the way bro.

Gaming is a breeze with the 32 MB RAM.

Device is strong and camera is great

I also would take the N70! The only phone that i like more atm is the N95

N70... no question about it... it has a 220 MHz ARM-9 processor, 32MB RAM, besides 2MB of shared memory and last but not least it`s a smartphone! You know the thing... you`ve got a Symbian based phone, fully customizable with third party apps, including java games.
now pick and chose!

n70 (dont even think about 6288 , as its not a s60 device)

by the way what do you exactly mean by "its not a s60 device"? I'snt the 6288 on a symbian platform? pls correct me if im wrong is it running on the OS 9.1 platform?

nokia 6288 aint s60 9.1 os, it uses s40 v3.
Go get n70 !
