Eidos announces Conflict: Denied Ops
Eidos Interactive Ltd., one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software, today announced the next title in the acclaimed Conflict series, Conflict: Denied Ops for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Windows PC. Previously announced under the working title of Crossfire, Conflict: Denied Ops is a new paramilitary themed co-op FPS from award-winning developers, Pivotal Games, and is the fifth game in the best selling Conflict series. "We are taking the Conflict series in a new direction, making it more explosive and mature," said Robert Lindsey, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Eidos Inc. Ninja Gaiden 2 - Confirmed for X360
It has been confirmed by Gamespot Korea that, Ninja Gaiden 2, the sequel to one of the most acclaimed titles on the original Xbox, will be publicly shown to the world for the first time at this years Tokyo Game Show.
This was confirmed by an insider in the Japanese gaming industry. According to the insider, the PS3 version of the game has not been confirmed at the moment, but the game will in fact be shown for the Xbox 360 system.

Eidos: New Tomb Raider title is "well in development"
Honestly, you would not believe it, but Eidos' Ian Livingstone has revealed that the next videogame featuring one of the industry's biggest cash cows, Miss. Lara Croft, is "well in development."
Current speculation points to the next-generation Tomb Raider effort being the second game in the trilogy that began with Tomb Raider: Legend.

Mafia 2 revealed - to debut on GC
Tiscali Games have found on German USK rating site that Mafia 2, follow-up for acclaimed open-world ganster action game from 2002, by Czech-based Illusion Softworks will be revealed next week on Games Convention. It should have been big surprise, but Take 2 yesterday submitted Mafia 2 GC-Trailer for approval to USK rating-board. Today, they removed this entry, but Tiscali Games has screen-capture as a proof.
