I bought CoJ on friday. Played for about an hour. Didnt see it again till last night(Monday) when I played it from 3:30PM to 11:30PM. Im on the 2nd last level. Needless to say, If you buy it, take good care of the disc, because you can finish it and trade it at full price at EB within 7 days. Otherwise, hire it.

That being said, the game is great. It reminds me of like Prey in that it is really fun to play, but way to short/easy. I dont see myself caring about it again after i finish it.

Gameplay: The game consists of 15 Episodes. Each one is very different from the last. There are fighting episodes and there are peaceful episodes. Some of the fighting episodes incluse horseback chases, mine cart rides and tomb raiding. Some of the peaceful episodes will have you mountain climbing, and trying to solve puzzles to find the Gold of Juarez. You will control 2 different characters in a lot of different situations. Each level calls for different types of weapons. The game has an RPG feel to it. Each level is huge in area, but limited in objectives. They all run in a 'next step' format. It almost feels like a complete waste of so much virtual space.

Aside from the Story Mode, there are unlockable bonus missions, and Quickdraw challenges, that you unlock by finding wanted posters in the story mode. Quickdraw challenges are pretty hard, and its difficult to get used to. Its not always 1 on 1. Sometimes you have to take out 3 people without getting shot down. Its fun, but its over in 3 seconds.

Multiplayer mode, I have not bothered with this, since i have problems with live at the moment. I have heard that the levels for MP are huge.

Achievements: The Cheivys make the game more challenging. There is one for each level then a bunch of others. If you want to obtain them, you need to know before hand or just get lucky. Their like an extra challenge.
