It will be pretty troublesome to buy/sell/trade although there are services like, e-banking or whateva..

I think you should buy 6680
it can use for voice and video call - 2 function
If other party is using 3G phone, you may see him/her in live ...
and watch news from your 6680 in live too ....

Apparantly 6680 is better as it is a 3g phone but it will definitely cost you more so the first thing is about your capital. but i assure you 6680 is better.
