This is a guide for Manchester United, some people were talking about how crap they are and inconstent and that they never perform this is to help them and everybody else.
The Club's History
The club was formed as Newton Heath LYR F.C. in 1878 as the works team of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway depot at Newton Heath, then started to sever it's links with the rail depot in 1890, becoming Newton Heath F.C.. After nearing bankruptcy in 1902, the club was taken over by and changed its name to Manchester United. Matt Busby was appointed manager in 1945 and took a then-unheard of approach to his job, joining the players for training as well as performing administrative tasks. He was immediately successful, with the club finishing second in the league in 1947 and winning the FA Cup in 1948.He adopted a policy of bringing in players from the youth team whenever possible, and the team won the league in 1956 with an average age of only 22. This youth policy has now become instrumental in the club's success. The following season, they won the league again and reached the FA Cup final, losing to Aston Villa. They also became the first English team to compete in the European Cup, and reached the semi-final.Tragedy struck the following season, when the plane carrying the team home from a European Cup match crashed on take-off at a refuelling stop in Munich, Germany. The Munich air disaster of 6 February 1958 claimed the lives of eight players and another fifteen passengers. 1998-99 was when Manchester United had the most successful season in English club football history as they became the first and only English team to win The Treble - winning the Premiership, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League in the same season. After a very tense Premier League season, Manchester United won the title on the final day beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-1, whilst Arsenal won 1-0 against Aston Villa. Winning the Premiership was the first part of the Treble in place, the one part that manager Alex Ferguson described as the hardest. In the FA Cup Final United faced Newcastle United and won 2-0 with goals from Teddy Sheringham and Paul Scholes. In the final match of that season, the 1999 UEFA Champions League Final they defeated Bayern Munich in what was then considered one of the greatest comebacks ever witnessed, losing going into injury time and scoring twice to win 2-1. Ferguson was subsequently knighted for his services to football. Rounding out that record breaking year, Manchester United also won the Intercontinental Cup after beating Palmeiras 1-0 in Tokyo.

Board Excpectations:
Squad Strength's and Weaknesses:
Keepers:
Man United have a strong keeper depatrment despite a lack of numbers. The quality makes up for this. Edwin Van Der Saar is Soon to Retire and you Should look at giving Kuszczak some experience in he Cup competitions so that when Edwin Van Der Saar retires, he is seasoned. Because Man United only have Two Keepers they need a third as back-up. If it's possible don't buy someone, at the end of the season Ben Foster will be returning from Loan so he can fill that space and then when Edwin Van Der Saar retires he will be second choice. At the start Edwin Van Der Saar should be your first choice keeper, he is more experienced and has better chance of saving games than Kuszczak who needs a few months practise against lower teams to get better.
Defenders:
Man United have a very good defense, but it needs strengthening. Wes Brown is not Man United quality and should be flogged of on the cheap, he never performs and even when he does he scores Own Goals. Neville will probably retire at the end of the Second Season and although John O'Shea is available i don't find him to be good enough to play as well as Neville. You Shouls look at getting a young Right Back who is the same quality to replace or be back-up to Neville in the Second Season. In the Center Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic should be your first choices, they are both hard tackling players, wh oalwasy put there all in. On the left you have Evra, Heinze and Silvestre. Ma United do need Three as Heinze is injured at the start so Silvestre should be sold in January after Heinze comes back in. Silvestre will need to be ready should Evra get injured or Sent-Off. In January you should look to replace Silvestre with Someone young who doesn't mind being in the Sidlines for Half a season and they should be called upon due to injuries.
Midfielders:
Man United's Wingers are of high Quality, Cristiano Ronaldo was recently voted best player in the World and it shows, he has excellent dribbling and crossing skills to make him a tough player to stop. Along with Giggs on the other wing they make a predominant force, neither need to be replaced, Giggs is getting on but can still cut it , you should look to replace him at the Start of the Third Season. In the Center you should play Carrick and Scholes. Carrick is a great player and can help link up defence and attack well. Scholes has recently retired from International Fotball so this can help not having to Have him play 45 minutes for his country and being withdrawn. I Don't find Park Ji Sung to be that effective or good, so you should look to replace him with someone who will be quicker and has a great future ahead of them, Park Ji Sung stopped getting beter at PSV. You should also sell either Fletcher or Kleberson, whichever one you sell it doesn't matter, neither a of great quality and a cheap replacement who won't mind staying as a back-up and is cheap but of the same quality or just less than Carrick or Scholes.
Strikers:
Manchester United have Henrik Larsson on loan which was a great move by Ferguson, he will add an invaluable amount of experience to your side unti lhe leaves to return to Helsingborgs in January. He should be played alongside Rooney, who is a dead-cert to start. When Larsson leaves you should play Louis Saha in his place, by then Alan Smith will be back from Injury and can replace the ageing Ole Gunnar Solaskjaer, he should be put in reserves and loan listed. A new striker should be brought in, one who can change matches, can be a super sub and is quick and athletic it helps if there young. In a few years when either Saha or Smith leaevs he should be able to step into their boots comfortably and keep up the good standard.
Recommended Buy's

Jose Luis Sierra - To Replace Either Fletcher or Richardson.

Carlos Vela - To Become a partner with Rooney when either Saha or Smith leave.

Micah Richards - To replace Neville.
Recomended Tactics:
These are two tactics which i recommended as they will work best. The Second one should only be used when Ronney is playing or if you have an AMC/FC
