How about Bad Post Button?
Where members can click on the button in the posts if they see spam, offensive posts so on and mods can receive PM or Emails and they can attend to the posts (in their section) and sort it out.

But have none of you ever got an email saying: "reported post at symbi@n forum" (i've got plenty of them)
I think all mods and admins receive this e-mail when someone report a post..strange.
