Well I can't comment on the shout box ... As I guess only the Head Admin can deal with that ... as for not replying to your pm's ... I guess only he can answer that too

No offence, but maybe your definition of spam is different from mine. Least I'm not posting the same rubbish over and over again and using "motivation" as an excuse to increase post count. If you've actually read most of my posts, they don't include simply "thanks for sharing" or something, but have constructive comments too. Post count doesn't matter here ... nothing is gained from it.
- remove all spam (aka "Thanks") posts. I have done the same thing on FM, and it was horrific. I spent long hours cleaning the forum... but now I can say, thanks to "Thanks button" system, the site has became much better than before. Also it looks much better. But it's up to you bros.
- Shoutbox is a must. Good to improve member-member, mod team-member and mod-mod relationships. Question of security is really not at hand, as any mod can completely erase whole shoutbox with one word. It is also good for quick answering of members' troubles.
- Some clear points to guide members to higher (mod) ranks. It is nice when you say "Show us what you can do", but it is not very objective... I'm not talking in this point for myself... I'm way too busy already

A thanks button would not be bad. I approve. This does clean up things a little.

In fact, we encourage our members to share stuffs here as long as they respect rules. But seems like it's always the same persons who share stuffs...
