I've one suggestion for Symbi@n Forum. Why not we add reputation system and a thanks button in the post. If some one like the post, he thanks that poster and posters ruputation automatically increases.

Yea medal system is unique xlclusive at Symbi@n Forum. This is what I havn't seen on other forums.

The medal system replaces the reputation but a "thanks" button could replace some useless posts (IMO).

This is just my point of view.

Reputation is definitely not good idea, I was a moderator on another game forum and we had lots and lots of problems because of it. Lots of people would start bullying or "sucking up" to another members for reputation points, I've also seen people starting totally pointless threads for it too. There were members suspended or banned permantly for it too. In some cases, two or three members have registered few emails so they can rep each other. This is too much work for you moderators.

However, I think 'Thank You' buttons is a good idea. It will save some pointless posts and keep this forum clean. But I'm worried how this will create some competition.
