We just recived another email from the date Center 
Dear customer,
As you are aware, the recent events caused a long downtime and data-loss.
We sent the raid array to company specialized in data recovery, although the damaged MBR caused the raid array to be rebuilt overwriting the existing data. The data recovery company was unable to recover any 'good data' from the blocks on the array.

If we do have backups available for your files that you need restored, and if we have the ability and time to restore the file(s), there will be a fee for restoring the files. we've restored the backups from Mar-May (Depending on the server).
We're deeply sorry for this incident and we're setting up two offsite backup servers, soon a new feature will be available on our customer portal regarding it.
Once again, sorry for the cause trouble, we're doing everything to avoid this in the future.
