I experienced that quite frequently though
To be exact,it happens at some time around 4-6pm
Malaysia time nearly everyday in these few days.
Hope this prob will be fixed.

Well i actually have no problem. Ycangling, was it raining those few days? Coz in k.k there was some connection problem due to rain.

Same here in Portugal.
Here is especially in the morning, between 7 and 9.
