hey i just got this w800i phone from a orange store and now i am having problems with the phone. at first it was just crashing and those other problems but then after 2-3 weeks the joystick has stopped working. also the bottom keypad nubers ie., *, 0 and # have also stopped working. the phone itself is working properly. so i called orange up and said that this is the problem and they said that they cannot change the phone as it is not their fault but sony ericsson's. the joystick does start working sometime in sheer luck for like 15 minutes and then stops for the whole day. so all i can do is recieve phone calls and listen to music. and i am paying £25 a month for that.
does someone out there know what is wrong with my phone and can help me ot.

ps- oh i also tried switching the phone off through both ways the power button and by taking out the battery but it still did not work. also i tried resetting my whole phone but that again proved pointless.

so please please can some1 tell me what to do? any advice will be appriciated
