It's not really a joke, it's showing how different use of punctuation in the same sentence can make it mean entirely different things.

in the first line - the guys in the class express that a woman without a guy is nothing
and in the second line - the girls in the class change the punctuation marks , which completely changes the meaning of the sentance to - that a guy without a girl is noting

Fine, I'll explain, Wilddenim. In the first of the two sentences, it is simply implying that without men existence, women would be nothing. However, in the second sentence, the female's viewpoint is that men would be meaningless and nonexistent without the women around.
