Bigger HD is sometimes better but still there is the risk of hardware failure.
My advice would be to back-up all your stuff on CD's

I've got only 40GB so I'm nearly out too. About 5GB left. I'm getting to have serious problems with my PC now.
Also, I'm not experienced with PC. So I'll pass.

A bigger HD is the best solution. If you download a lot of stuffs like me, well, then it obvious u need to upgrade ur HD!

A bigger HD is the best solution. If you download a lot of stuffs like me, U KNOW... I HAVE 160 GB HDD !! ITS GREAT BRO NO PROBLEMS AT ALL DIVIDE IT TO THREE VOLUMES AND GO !!

Actually , I got 2 HD's in my PC ,
1st one for OS & daily use , 20GB
2nd one for storage & backup , 80GB

I voted for the third option out of boredom but it's best to get another hard, I personally have two 80Gbs HDs & a 20GBs HD.
