Brad Hodge fired an explosive maiden one-day century as Australia beat the Netherlands by 229 runs in St Kitts.
Hodge, brutal through the leg-side, shared 204 in 28 overs with Michael Clarke (93), a record fourth-wicket partnership in World Cup matches.
He hit seven sixes in 123 from 89 balls as 130 came from the final 10 overs in Australia's formidable 358-5.
The Dutch reply was reduced to 46-5 before 11 overs had been completed and they were bowled out for 129.

Australia 322-6 beat West Indies 219 by 103 runs
Australia underlined their status as World Cup favourites with a convincing 103-run win over West Indies in their Super 8 game in Antigua.
Glenn McGrath and Brad Hogg each took three wickets as they dismissed the home side for 219 in 45.3 overs.

Sri Lanka's Lasith Malinga became the first bowler to take four wickets in four balls in international cricket but it was all in vain as South Africa won.
Jacques Kallis's 86 saw South Africa to a last-gasp one-wicket win in the Super 8 match at the Cricket World Cup.
Set 210 to win, the Proteas looked to be cruising as Kallis built on Graeme Smith's 59 to take them to 206-5.
Malinga's inspired spell took Sri Lanka to the brink of victory, before Robin Peterson hit the winning runs.

New Zealand 179-3 bt West Indies 177 by seven wickets
Scott Styris hit his third half-century of the World Cup to ease New Zealand to victory over West Indies in an uninspired Super 8 match in Antigua.
Shane Bond, Daniel Vettori and Jacob Oram all took three wickets to dismiss the hosts for 177, only Chris Gayle (44) and Brian Lara (37) contributing.
Daren Powell struck twice early on to give the hosts hope of an unlikely win.
But Styris (80no) and Craig McMillan (33no) built on Stephen Fleming's 45 to ease the Kiwis home by seven wickets.

Glenn McGrath became the highest World Cup wicket-taker as Australia crushed Bangladesh by 10 wickets in a Super 8 match reduced to 22 overs per side.
The 37-year-old seamer struck twice in his first three overs and finished with 3-16, eclipsing Wasim Akram's landmark of 55 wickets in the competition.
It needed Mashrafe Mortaza's 25 in 17 balls to lift Bangladesh to 104-6.
Adam Gilchrist fired his 50th ODI fifty and in-form Matthew Hayden struck three sixes to seal victory in the 14th over.

World Cup Super 8, Guyana: Sri Lanka 303-5 beat West Indies 190 by 113 runs
Sri Lanka outplayed West Indies to condemn the hosts to their third defeat in three matches in the World Cup.
After a slow start, Sanath Jayasuriya (115) and Mahela Jayawardene (82) added 183 for the third wicket in 30 overs.
The eventual total was 303-5, before the West Indies responded with a mediocre batting performance. They were all out for 190, losing by 113 runs.

New Zealand 178-1 bt Bangladesh 174 by nine wickets
New Zealand captain Stephen Fleming kept up his fine form with a century as the Kiwis cruised to a nine-wicket win over Bangladesh in the Super 8s.
Scott Styris (4-43) and Jacob Oram (3-30) set the Black Caps on their way with a fine effort in the field.
Only Mohammad Rafique (30no) offered any resistance as Bangladesh were bowled out for a miserly 174.
And Fleming (102no) and Hamish Marshall (50no) shared a 134-stand to ease the Kiwis home with 20.4 overs to spare.

WORLD CUP SUPER 8, GUYANA:
South Africa 165-3 bt Ireland 152-8 by seven wickets (D/L)
Jacques Kallis continued his fine form at the World Cup with a half-century to lead South Africa to a seven-wicket Super 8 victory over Ireland in Guyana.
With the match shortened to 35 overs a side due to a series of rain delays, Ireland posted a respectable 152-8.
Andrew White (30) top-scored but Shaun Pollock's 2-17 kept the Proteas on top.
Despite Boyd Rankin's 2-26, Kallis (66no) and Ashwell Prince (47no) guided South Africa home after 31.3 overs under the Duckworth-Lewis method.
