However, I've got a concern. Because if they were put in member's sig, they can be copied and put in other members' sig by members themselves.
Is it possible to put the badges next to members' usernames?

How about copy badge over current avatar and place badge in corner
imo they are a bit to large but when no resize is possible maybe a gif that switches between current avatar and badge?

Almost two hours late, I know (I'd went for a nap about two and a half hours ago, intending to sleep for half an hour, but ended up sleeping for two!), but the competition is now closed. I will make a public poll for members and mods to vote their favourite entries.
