Arcadia Design Skreen Saver v.1.00 Freeware
Skreen Saver is a small application that will nicely replace the default Series 60 screen saver. Basically the application does nothing: it just presents a nice screen when you don’t use your phone. The application ships with 3 differents themes.
The application presents an animated screen with the time and date, and three indicators showing missed calls, received message and voice mail presence. Unfortunately, it does not have any keyboard locking feature. Maybe for the next release.
Skreen Saver works just like the ordinary screen saver for series 60 devices. Each theme includes a colourful background, an animation, fonts and the following indicators: Date and time, Missed Calls,New Messages, Incoming Alarms
Skreen Saver activates after a specified inactivity timeout, just like the ordinary screen saver. It then deactivates after another inactivity period (which ranges from 30 mins to 2 hours max) restoring the default screen saver in order to save battery power for long inactivity periods.
Skreen saver can also be viewed at any time by keeping the # key pressed for 1 second. It then deactivates with any key press.
