Yes mine also. Thats why I am here. I tried the chinese site for getting a dev cert, but it looks like they are not able to supply people anymore. And it took almost 5 days to get a reply.

I have tried 2 times here, with no luck so far. I am now trying to be more informative and give back more information to the forums.
