What's new?

- Both QVGA and VGA PocketPCs running PPC2003 or later are supported.
- QVGA runs at it's native 320x240 resolution, and will draw in landscape if
needed. Techniques such as scaling and viewports are no longer needed, as
PPC TTD runs completely within the QVGA resolution.
- VGA runs at it's native 640x480 resolution and also will draw in landscape
if required.
- Assigned an on-screen keyboard to a hardbutton for use with entering text
in-game.
- Assigned a hardbutton to close all non-vital windows in-game.
- Music and sound effects are working great.
- Performance enhancements.
- Updated to the OpenTTD 0.5.2 codebase.
